Cancellation Policy

Full payment is due at the time of booking. For any cancellations or rescheduling please contact us via phone. Appointments canceled with less than a 24-hour notice will incur a $25 charge. Failure to provide any advance notice and not showing up for the appointment will result in being charged the full price. Our service is mobile and caters to customer locations. While we do our best to adhere to the scheduled time, potential delays might arise from traffic or road conditions. Please consider planning for an arrival window of 15 minutes before or after the designated run time.
