1.   Introduction:  

   • These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by Ricky Works, operating as "The Running Lab", including but not limited to the mobile dog gym services offered via the website therunninglabevansville.com and any associated mobile applications or platforms.

 

2. Service Description:  

   • "The Running Lab" provides mobile dog gym services, wherein clients book appointments for their dogs to exercise in a climate-controlled trailer using a non-motorized slatmill.

 

3. Booking and Payment:  

   • Clients must make full payment at the time of booking through the website therunninglabevansville.com.

   • A 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect. Clients who cancel within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.

 

4. Vaccination Requirements:  

   • All dogs must be fully vaccinated and up to date with Rabies, Bordatella, and DHLPP (Distemper) vaccinations. Clients must provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations upon request.

 

5. Limitation of Liability:  

   • "The Running Lab" shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by dogs or their owners during the use of our services. Clients assume full responsibility for their dogs' safety and well-being.

 

6. Indemnification:

   • Clients agree to indemnify and hold Ricky Works, "The Running Lab", and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the use of our services.

 

7. Governing Law:  

   • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indiana

 

8. Modification of Terms:  

   • Ricky Works reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
